I'm enjoying your winter wonderland photographs. The water scene with the pinks and blues is especially lovely.

You folks up in the Pacific Northwest must be so excited about your white Christmas. It does make for beautiful landscapes, as witnessed by your gorgeous photography. I think it feels like a new creation because everything is fresh and untrammeled (at least for a while!). I love the water scene, too.

Have a lovely Christmas and a surprisingly good New Year!

P.S. I received your book this morning in the mail! Yeah!

We have power now, so i'll respond (quickly). Enjoying and surrendering to the whims of Mother nature seems a beautiful way to honor the creation and creator. Thanks for the pictures and i wish you and your blogging buddies a very Delightful Christmas.
P.S. Grace unbound is lovely.

this has been the best week leading up to Christmas *ever*! love the images of Seattle stillness and I am sorry it is now melting away.

storyteller--while i am probably more of a beach girl (like you maybe?), i have really cherished the beauty and stillness of the snow this year!

C--i totally agree with you! it was the absolutely best way to lead up to Christmas. this is the part of snow i really don't like...the mush and slush and dirty looking snow. xox
